THE SCIENCE OF HUMAN CAPITAL TRANSFORMATION

In the race to digitally transform, many companies have under invested in their biggest asset: their people. Workers today need every ounce of creativity and energy from their people to compete. Investing in people, in their inner lives, will energize whole organizations and boost their ability to attract and retain the best talent. To do this right, companies need research and science to crack the code on what makes people bring their best selves to work.

At SHIFT, we will explore a “People First” approach to Human Capital Transformation using evidence-based studies with interdisciplinary perspectives on human potential and strategies to drive human flourishing. We will share groundbreaking research and you will walk away with actionable insight to answer these questions and many more at your organization:

  • What are the best practices for enabling a digital first workplace?
  • What trends and factors are shaping the future of work and how can you embrace them?
  • What management approaches are necessary for building a powerful learning culture?
  • What are some innovative ways organizations can source and integrate diverse talent across networks?
